Didn’t these filmmakers get bored with this idea: The assassination of some political figure and the false accusation of an FBI or CIA or whoever insider and the deadly struggle to find the truth… Tens of movies had the same plot, the only thing different was the pace; some were slow others quick. But for the sake of creativity, a five years old child can plot you a new scenario based on the same concept.
What shocks me most is that all the actors in this particular movie were encountered with such plots like Kim Basinger in L.A. Confidential and Michael Douglas in The Game. Even Keifer Sutherland had a seven seasons’ series based on the same story line… 24.
I’m actually out of words; what else should I talk about or explain, but here is an idea of what it is about: A plan to kill the president of the United States and a secret services agent (Michael Douglas) is being framed. While running away, he and his buddy (Keifer Sutherland) try to find the truth… Who is behind the assassination plan?
Other than Kiefer Sutherland, Michael Douglas, Kim Basinger, or Eva Longoria being one of your favorite actors or actresses… just skip it!
